Condenser fan motors are installed in air condensing units to power fan blades. Baldor HVAC motors with TEFC / OPSB enclosures are designed to provide external ventilation for cooling the internal parts of the motor. These motors feature iron / steel frames for durability and deliver a maximum synchronous speed of 1800 rpm. With full load efficiency up to 89.5%, these motors allow temperature rise up to 41 degrees F. Dayton condenser fan motors have 1/2 inch shaft diameter and are equipped with ball & sleeve bearings to ensure no lubricant leakage and minimal motor friction. These motors come with open air-over or totally enclosed air-over enclosures for cooling of windings and protection from dirt & moisture.
