Shipping Methods

Raptor Supplies uses various shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL and Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Raptor Supplies delivers under DDP inco terms, the price we quote or that you see on our website is the price you pay.

Flat Rate Shipping

Many products shown on the website are eligible for $29.99 + GST Flat Rate Shipping. The list of eligible products for this shipping promotion can be changed by the Company at any time.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however, the Dispatch times for orders will vary depending on the stock status of the products across our distribution warehouses in the US.

In stock items normally have a dispatch time-frame of 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.

Partial deliveries of orders may be made if an item is on back order, however the customer will be contacted within 1-2 business days if such a situation occurs.

During busy periods, such as Christmas and other Public holidays there may be a delay in processing your order.

Customers must provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm on weekdays to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office or courier collection point will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable so that somebody can sign for deliveries.

Drop Shipping – Occasionally products will be shipped to you straight from our supplier.

Metro - NSW, VIC & SA:4 – 5 business days after dispatch
Non Metro - NSW, VIC & SA:5 - 7 business days after dispatch
Metro - QLD, TAS & WA:5 - 8 business days after dispatch
Non Metro - QLD, TAS & WA:7 - 9 business days after dispatch
Regional - QLD, NT & WA:8 - 10 business days after dispatch

Please note, the above delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Whilst we endeavour to work closely with couriers to ensure prompt delivery, once your order is dispatched, we are unable to control timeframes which can be impacted by weather events, courier depot processing and unforeseen delays.


Raptor Supplies automatically provides insurance as part of any product purchased. In case of shipments lost during transit, you will be given the option to receive another order free of charge or to cancel your order for a full refund.

Customers that received damaged shipments or missing quantities must inform us via email within 72 hours of delivery. Notifications made after that time period will not be eligible for insurance claims.

What items are classed as big and bulky/oversized?

Items that exceed 22kg and/or 125cm in length, as well as irregular shaped or items marked with a big and bulky may be classed as big and bulky/oversized. Items that meet this criterion would not be available for purchase online and would require a custom shipping quote. Please call or email for a shipping quote.

What if I live in New Zealand?

We ship to customers throughout New Zealand via international couriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS. INCO terms on courier shipments would be DAP. For bulky / heavy shipments, please contact us directly to obtain a sea or air freight quote.
