Since 1988, Ultra-Dex has been offering a huge variety of metal working tools. Their product range includes solid carbide indexable boring bars, indexable end mills, milling inserts and hex/torx keys. Ultra-Dex boring bars are used in metalworking and woodworking applications for internal machining and enlarging or finishing of existing holes. These boring bars are available in various cutting edge type, thickness and lead angle options. End mills are the most common milling cutter used for cutting a keyway or chamfering an edge. Ultra-Dex offers a wide range of milling inserts that are available in different diameters. Hex / torx keys are used to turn corresponding fasteners. They can also turn headless fasteners with the corresponding female recess.
