Q. How to assemble this cart?

Rails should be installed on both sides of the deck, next to the side plates.
6 bolts (13105), 12 flat washers (33008) and 6 lock nuts are used to secure each rail to the deck (37024).
Attach a flat washer to each bolt.
Feed the bolt through a mounting bracket's bolt hole. A flat washer and a lock nut are used to secure the connection.
Connect the remaining rails.
The rail position must allow all loads applied to the cart to be evenly distributed across the deck's surface.
