Q. How are nesting platform trucks installed?

A.

• Attach the casters on the bottom side of the frame and insert the caster mounting plates.
• Insert the carriage bolts through the bolt holes and secure them with lock nuts.
• Locate the spring in each spring cup.
• Join the deck to the frame.
• The 2 J-shaped hinge brackets engage the hinge bar attached to the front end of the frame.
• Slide the brackets into the bar and then slowly lower the deck.
• The top of the springs must seat into the spring cups on the underside of the deck.
• Insert the legs of the handle into the handle sockets of the frame.
• Attach each log of the handle to its socket with a hex nut and a lock washer.
