Working Mechanism:

• Vestil EHTT hinge tilt table utilises an electric motor that is directly attached to a gear-type hydraulic pump for producing the fluid pressure & flow. This allows the cylinders to tilt a container or pallet.
• A hydraulic manifold is bolted directly onto the gear pump. It operates at 3000 psi working pressure.
• When the platform is to be levelled (the backstop raised), press the Raise pushbutton.
• The motor turns and spins the hydraulic gear pump.
• The oil is drawn from the reservoir through the suction filter into the pump.
• This pump pushes the pressurised oil through an actuated directional valve, then through a counterbalance valve and out to the blind end of the cylinders.
• When the platform is to be tilted, press the Lower pushbutton.
• The non-actuated directional valve stays in its default position and comes back to the reservoir.

Compatible Accessories:

• Vestil SST Series Accordion Skirts: They are required for using the side gussets of tilt tables.
