Working Mechanism:

• This drum lifter holds and lifts the drum from the lip of the drum, through the side.
• A lifting assembly holds onto the drum lip while the user pushes the handle up & down to raise the drum hydraulically.
• The drum can also be easily lowered using the handle attached to the lifter frame.
