Working Mechanism:
- For testing the emergency shower stations, attach the wide end of the funnel sleeve to the rod assembly's circular metal bracket / attachment ring using the hook and loop closure strips.
- Then, place the small opening side of the funnel sleeve into the test bucket and hold the large opening side under the showerhead. Operate shower as needed for testing flow rate & proper functioning of emergency showers.
- For testing eyewash stations, follow instructions on eyewash tester after placing eyewash in spray pattern and verify compliance according to ANSI specifications.
- The funnel sleeve & eyewash tester should be dried, the test bucket should be emptied after testing for durability.
