This refrigerant recovery unit can recover CFC, HFC & HCFC refrigerants and store them in a 30 / 50-lb DOT-approved cylinder. Working Mechanism:
- After properly setting up the unit, follow the standard operating procedures.
- Connect the machine to a 115V power supply and open the cylinder's liquid valve slowly to check for leaks.
- Open manifold gauge set's liquid valve and the outlet valve on the unit.
- Switch On the unit and open the unit's inlet valve slowly.
- Remove the liquid refrigerant fully.
- Now open the manifold gauge set's vapour valve to evacuate the system till the required vacuum condition is achieved.
- Close the valves on the manifold & the unit before switching off the unit.
