It is manufactured from custom drop-forged steel that is machined and heat-treated for excellent durability.
It features a maximum safe load capacity of 5000 pounds and a swing latch which helps hold the cable in the jaw.
The gripping pressure of the knurled jaw is applied to 1/4 inches (6.35 mm) of the cable area.
