Eaton FT1380-115-8 is designed for crimping fittings on hydraulics and is capable of swaging hose fittings & thermoplastic hoses. It is used to fabricate hose assembly and connect to hoses of multiple sizes.
Working Mechanism:
- Push the hydraulic hose through the crimp die in the crimping machine until the hose's fitting is visible above the crimp die.
- The top of the hose should not be visible above the crimp die.
- Place the compression ring or collar above the crimp die.
- The unit uses a pump system for creating a tight grip on the end of the hose.
- This will crimp the hose end fitting onto the hose.
Features:
- Eaton FT1380-115-8 hydraulic hose crimp machine has automated electrical power for efficient operation.
- This bench mounted unit features carbon steel construction.
- It delivers voltage output up to 115V, at 50Hz frequency.
