Grease Pumps

Lincoln grease pumps are ideal for transferring low-to-medium viscosity grease from drums to reservoirs using an operating lever, with stroke volume ranging between 0.303 oz & 1.5 oz. These hand-operated bucket pumps provide lubrication to moving components like bearings, hubs, pins & fittings for excellent working under immense pressure. They feature drum covers for separating impurities from the grease and a water separator for preventing humidity from damaging the pump assembly. Choose from a wide range of these portable bucket grease pumps, available in hose lengths of 4 & 5 feet on Raptor Supplies.

Features

  • Lincoln grease pumps are equipped with a hand-operated lever for easy pumping out of drums, buckets & pails.
  • They have drum covers for preventing entry of impurities into the grease container.
  • Lincoln G400 grease pump fits 5 gallon (19 litres) buckets for dispensing petroleum-based fluids.
  • Lincoln G400 grease pump clamps to any 25 to 50 lb (11 to 22 kg) refinery container within 60 seconds for dispensing high-pressure lubrication (2500 psi / 172 bar).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the temperature rating of these Lincoln grease pumps?

These manually operated Lincoln grease pumps can operate at temperatures as low as 0 degrees F (?18 degrees C).

What is the maximum flow rate output of these Lincoln grease pumps?

Lincoln G400 grease pump has a maximum flow rate of 1.5 oz per stroke whereas Lincoln 1292 grease pump has an output of 0.303 oz per stroke.

Why is priming required in a pump?

Priming maintains the functionality of a pump by acting as a coolant and preventing overheating. Pumps that run without priming suffer from mechanical seal failure and serious damage to their components. Lincoln grease pumps are self-priming as the grease / lubricant pumped acts as the priming agent.
