A loadcenter can be wired by connecting the power lines to the main circuit breaker and then connecting the breaker spaces to desired electrical circuits in the building.
Yes, users can easily replace a circuit breaker in these loadcenters. They just have to turn off the power to the loadcenter, remove the failed circuit breaker and install a new one with the same type and rating.
These Eaton BR Series main breaker loadcenters can be reset by switching off the power to the panel and then locating the main breaker and turning it to the "off" position. The main breaker can be turned back to the "on" position after a few seconds. This resets the panel and restores power to the electrical circuits. In case the main breaker trips again, the issue may be with one of the electrical circuits in the building.
The size of a loadcenter depends on the number of circuits to be installed as well as the size of the main breaker. The main breaker size should be enough to handle the maximum load of the electrical system and the circuit breaker spaces should be able to accommodate the individual circuit breakers to be installed.
