Burndy aluminium tin-plated compression terminals are designed for both aluminium & copper conductors. The aluminium construction with electro-tin plating provides maximum conductivity, low resistance and ductility. These terminals feature an internally bevelled barrel design to ensure easy cable insertion. They come with colour-coded end caps inserted in the barrel end to identify the colour-coded die for a reliable connection. The units feature factory prefilled PENETROX to penetrate the wires’ oxides, establish electrical continuity and form an airtight connection.
