Texas Pneumatic Tools pneumatic valve assemblies include all peripheral devices required to run the valve mechanism for controlling and directing the flow of compressed air. These valve assemblies include lower & upper valve case lids and bushings.

Texas Pneumatic Tools valve pins provide a restricted flow of plastics when a new valve gate is opened in the molding sequence. They are used in the valve stems of tires, to prevent air loss.

Texas Pneumatic Tools valve seats act as a surface inside the body of a valve to restrict and allow flow through the valve. These valve seats feature an ergonomic design to create an airtight environment that facilitates proper functioning of a valve. These valve seats maintain the proper seal of a mounted valve. They reduce wear by resisting pressure and excessive heat.

Texas Pneumatic Tools replacement valve handles are attached to throttle valves in rock drill machines. These handles help rotate the valves in both clockwise & counter-clockwise directions to open / close the valve and regulate the fluid (air, steam or gas) supply and pressure build-up.

Texas Pneumatic Tools throttle valve push pins are used to turn the spool of throttle valves when a current is passed through solenoid coils. The push pin turns the spool until the solenoid force is balanced by the spring return force. These throttle valves are used to fill the performance gap between conventional solenoid operated directional valves and servo valves / feedback-type proportional valves.

Valve covers from Texas Pneumatic Tools cover the valves of the engine, protect machinery from harsh conditions and prevent oil leaks. They are sealed with a cork or rubber seal to keep oil from leaking out.

Texas Pneumatic Tools throttle balls regulate the amount, pressure and temperature of media passing through a valve. They shut off the flow when the unit is rotated 90 degrees to block the flow passage.

Texas Pneumatic Tools lower valve blocks are used to completely stop the flow of liquids or gases through a pipe. They usually restrict flow but can also be used to change the direction of flow. Texas Pneumatic Tools upper valve case lids are designed to cover air valves and prevent unauthorised access to valve boxes. They ensure low opening pressure and fast closure, in case of backpressure. They feature black oxide finish for withstanding high-pressure applications.
