BOakton mini penetration temperature probes feature a K thermocouple for measuring temperatures up to 899 degrees Celsius. They have stainless steel construction that reduces oxidation reactions from outer surfaces and a 5 ft probe wire for measuring even tiny objects. These NIST certified probes are available in operating temperatures ranging from -310 to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Temperature probes are designed for monitoring fluid, air, surface and food temperatures. These units feature a resistance thermometer (RTD) / thermistor / thermocouple / Platinum Resistance Thermometer (PRT) type measuring element for delivering results with a maximum accuracy of +/-4 degrees C.
