They have powder-coated steel construction with dual pedestals & guide arms for corrosion resistance, increased stability, structural strength and reduced vibration. These reels feature torsions style latch spring with a declutching arbour to eliminate reverse spring winding while retracting hoses. Reelcraft SD Series hose reels feature a high-quality external drive spring and a heavy gauge, all-bolted frame. These units have a compact design to allow mounting in truck cabinets or areas where space is limited. They incorporate high impact HDPE composite roller guides for strength and easy serviceability. These units can handle temperatures up to 210 degrees Fahrenheit.

These hose reels feature a robotically welded steel base for maximum strength and consistency.
