Ruland Manufacturing SPX Series 2-piece rigid shaft couplings ensure proper alignment of components to prevent errors during operation. The 2-piece clamp design allows them to wrap around the shafts and lock in place via set screws, while preventing marring. They dampen vibrations produced by components and are supplied with a keyway for set screws. The proprietary Nypatch anti-vibration coating allows even seating of the screw & repeated screw installations, prevents galling and maintains excellent holding power. Choose from a wide range of 2-piece rigid shaft couplings, available in stainless steel, black oxide steel & 1215 lead-free steel variants. Torque ratings range from 450 to 13600 inch-lb.

Ruland Manufacturing MCLX Series one-piece couplings are equipped with precisely honed bores to make sure they are collinear and do not let in misalignment or vibration into the system. These couplings come with a patented Nypatch anti-vibration coating on the hardware pieces for even seating of the screw, repeated screw installations, preventing galling, and maintaining a superior holding power. Choose from a broad range of these couplings available in 4, 5, 8, 10, 25 and 50mm bore diameter options.

Dayton shaft couplings are manufactured for applications where alignment is necessary and backlash prevention is required. These rigid shaft couplings envelop around hard or soft shafts without deforming. They are also equipped with vibration-resistant screws and have black oxide finish for resisting corrosion on exposed surfaces. Choose from a range of these shaft couplings, available in 1/4, 3/4, 3/8, 5/16 and 5/8 inch bore diameters.
