DAYTON Pneumatic Vibrators

Dayton pneumatic vibrators are designed for precise vibrational output for power transmission operations. These piston type vibrators are ideal for food & chemical processing, mining & plastic manufacturing applications and feature polymer / cast iron housing for minimising wear against continuous vibrations. These vibrators can be mounted in a vertical / horizontal position for ease of installation. Choose from a wide variety of these pneumatic vibrators, available in 2, 2.375 & 3.375 inch lengths.

Dayton pneumatic ball vibrators are used for reducing friction and conveying, loosening & separating bulk materials. They feature an anodised aluminium body integrated with a rotating steel ball to produce non-directed vibration. These vibrators are capable of withstanding pressures & temperatures up to 90 psi & 360 degrees F, respectively.

Dayton pneumatic piston vibrators are used for keeping sticky, coarse or high-moisture materials flowing from hoppers, chutes, bins and pipes. These vibrators feature cast iron housing to withstand temperatures up to 390 degrees F and allow all position mounting for easy installation. They deliver a maximum speed of 3500 vpm @ 80 psi and are available in widths of 2.75 & 3.625 inches.

Dayton pneumatic turbine vibrators are used in the biotech, plastic, chemical and automotive industries for providing high-frequency, low-amplitude & gentle vibration. They feature aluminium housing for corrosion resistance and allow all position mounting for easy installation. These vibrators can withstand temperatures up to 250 degrees F and are available in heights of 2.5, 3.125 & 4 inches.
