DAYTON Non-Illuminated Push Button Operators

Dayton push button operators are used in heavy machinery to prevent accidental hazards due to machine malfunctioning or other emergencies. These units feature a maintained push / pull type mechanism that keeps the button in "pressed" position until an external force is applied to the button to "pull" back out. They further have mushroom-shaped head to allow easy push-pull action. All units feature robust construction for durability and high performance in industrial environments and have compact design that allows easy installation and integration into the control systems. Dayton emergency push button operators are ideal for controlling startup or shutdown applications in industrial equipment like hydraulic lifts, presses and others. These non-illuminated push buttons feature a red, mushroom head to allow "maintained push" or "turn to release" type action that keeps the button in pressed mode until the knob comes back to original position. Selected models are equipped with a double insulated bezel that protects the user and the equipment from electrical shocks. They further comply with IEC, CSA, UL and CE standards and are available in 30, 40 and 60 mm head diameters.

Dayton momentary push-button operators are designed for shutdown applications in hydraulic & production lines, presses, industrial equipment and startup control. These momentary push buttons switch on / off the operating device when pressed and returns to the original when released. They feature metal / plastic construction with ABS head. These push buttons are NEMA 4 and 13 rated, providing protection against outside materials. These push buttons are available in black, green & red colours for easy identification.

They have a momentary push mechanism that allows electricity flow between the two contacts until the button is pressed, and instantly breaks the circuit once released; thus creating a temporary change in the state of the electric circuit. These non-illuminated buttons are NEMA rated (13, 4, 4X) for preventing ingress of contaminants and damage to the inner components and are available in black, green and red colours.
