Dayton flange mount bearings provide support to shafts that are perpendicular to the bearing mounting surface. These units have 2-bolt configuration with diamond shape design featuring two holes (on each side of the bearing) for mounting bolts. Dayton 4-bolt flange bearings are designed for supporting shafts when the bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to a shaft axis. These units feature sleeve bearing inserts for additional support and structural rigidity. Bearing inserts are made of UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) material that provides extra toughness, durability, abrasion and wear resistance. They are also self-lubricating and can withstand temperatures ranging from -60 to 180 degrees F. Choose from a wide range of these flange bearings, available in 3/4 to 1 inch bore diameters.

Dayton 4-bolt flange bearings are used for supporting shafts in conditions where the bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to a shaft axis. These units feature 52100 chrome steel ball bearing inserts, allowing motion and support. They are pre-lubricated and regreaseable and have rubber seals for preventing ingress of contaminants and retaining lubrication for a smooth operation. These units are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200 degrees F and are available in 3/4 to 1 inch bore diameters on Raptor Supplies.
