Benchmark Scientific myGel InstaView Series gel tanks are ideal for operating, monitoring and recording electrophoretic separations. They have an orange filter (in the lid) for visualising the DNA in the gel box and do not require any additional equipment or glasses. These tanks have a mini LED transilluminator to track progress. They have power leads on the lid that prevent the unit from operating without securing the lid. These tanks also have a blue light (465 nm wavelength) that facilitates the excitation of common green fluorescent stains. They can be powered via the brand's myVolt Series power supplies.
