Tie-Off Adaptor

DBI-SALA cable / web tie-off adaptors are designed to set up a temporary anchorage point using a lanyard or a fall arrest device. These units feature a pass-through design that makes attaching the unit to anchorage quick and easy. They conform to ANSI Z359.18, OSHA 1910.140, OSHA 1926.502 standards. The units are available in polyester and stainless steel wire rope webbing materials to provide strong, fast and safe connections. The polyester web tie-off adaptors further come with a 3-inch wide polyester wear pad for added abrasion resistance. For complete personal fall arrest protection, we also offer the brand's beam trolleys, used in conjunction with these adaptors, to provide a secure point of attachment.
