Helicoil thread inserts are designed for repairing damaged or stripped threads in metals or other parts. These inserts have a flexible design that provides uniform load and stress distribution throughout the length of the thread engagement. They feature a Screwlock technology to provide a high degree of frictional connection and eliminate the need for additional locking of the joint using split pins, wires or washers. They provide excellent wear resistance even after repeated assembly / disassembly, thereby reducing thread erosion due to frictional effects.
