These units feature one / two baking chambers with Cordierite or brick lined decks that withstand thermal shocks and extreme high temperatures and spring balanced tilt-up doors with glass windows for quick access & easy viewing. They come with top and bottom controls (in each chamber) for higher Btu output and higher oven temperatures for faster baking and crispier crusts. All units have stainless steel exteriors for durability, adjustable legs, electric timers w/ continuous alarm and manual shut-off option.
